Your new role
As a Senior Tax Advisory Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of both corporate and private client tax advice, taking ownership of high-value advisory projects. You will:
1. Provide strategic tax planning and support for corporate clients, including transaction structuring, R&D relief, patent box, and exit planning
2. Offer personal tax advice to business owners, trustees, and high-net-worth individuals, covering estates, capital gains, and succession planning
3. Lead and coordinate project delivery end-to-end, managing scope, budgeting, and stakeholder expectations
4. Build and develop strong relationships with clients and internal teams, including accountants, auditors, and digital advisory colleagues
5. Mentor and manage junior tax staff, supporting career development and technical growth
6. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, collaborating on proposals and thought leadership
What you'll need to succeed
7. Professional qualification (CTA, ACA/ACCA with tax experience)
8. Strong technical expertise in both corporate and personal tax advisory
9. Proven background in leadingplex advisory projects for corporate and private clients
10. Excellent client-facing andmunication skills—you’re proactive, personable, andmercially aware
11. Leadership skills with demonstrable experience mentoring and developing junior staff
12. A blend of strategic insight and hands-on delivery, confident managing multiple priorities
