The successful candidate will join a team of building surveyors working across various sectors including commercial and industrial, handling both professional and project-related building surveying tasks.
Responsibilities:
1. Execute and coordinate projects, providing high-quality technical design.
2. Manage the preparation of feasibility studies and reports.
3. Undertake surveys and produce reports with findings, discussion, conclusions, and recommendations.
4. Oversee project management and financial control of small to medium projects.
5. Supervise and monitor the use of computer-based systems to ensure proper usage.
6. Prepare design and progress reports.
7. Achieve business development targets.
8. Assist the marketing department.
9. Obtain and review quotes for investigation works.
Requirements:
* MRICS qualification.
* Consultancy experience.
* Proficiency in IT skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, AutoCAD, NBS, and other relevant software.
