Customer Account Coordinator
Our client is seeking a Customer Account Coordinator to manage relationships with key clients. You’ll be responsible for maintaining customer accounts, building rapport over the phone and email.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main contact for assigned customer accounts, building strong relationships via phone and email
Set up and maintain customer accounts in internal systems
Ensure customer information is accurate and up to date
Respond to client queries and ensure timely resolution
Generate account performance reports and insights using Excel
Support the Commercial Manager with data analysis and strategic initiatives
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
Experience in customer service, account support, or administration
Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Proficiency in Excel
Self-motivated, organised, and eager to contribute to the team
