Exams Team:
The exams function is a crucial part of the school’s operations and supports both internal and external assessment processes. The school has well-established exam systems and a supportive senior leadership team that values accuracy, compliance and clear organisation. The exams officer works closely with Heads of Year, SEN staff, Heads of Department and external awarding bodies to ensure all exam entries, access arrangements and timetables are managed efficiently.
Requirements
• Experience in an exams officer role or strong administrative experience
• Knowledge of JCQ regulations and exam processes (desirable)
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work to strict deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
• Confidence using school systems and Microsoft Office
• Calm, professional approach when working under pressure
