The Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and nurture existing key client accounts to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Develop, maintain, and execute strategic customer account plans.
3. Seek opportunities to create additional value and exceed expectations.
4. Engage key stakeholders nationwide, understanding local expectations.
5. Achieve all KPIs while driving consistent year-on-year growth.
6. Prepare customer forecasts and develop tailored growth strategies.
7. Conduct regular client meetings and deliver engaging presentations.
8. Proactively escalate customer issues within the business, following through to resolution.
9. Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
10. Collaborate with the wider team to generate innovative ideas and support process improvements or new product initiatives.
11. Contribute to cross-departmental projects aligned with company objectives.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in managing and developing large client accounts.
2. Track record of client retention and growth.
3. Commercially focused with proactive revenue management.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
