Main Purpose of the role:
The Spicerhaart group is the UK’s leading independent estate agency business. We are investing in the future of estate agency and partnerships with high-flying individuals.
You will be responsible for building and developing the estate agency profile in a designated core area. Responsibilities include targeted marketing and canvassing, developing business contacts, and converting market appraisal opportunities into instructions, overseeing them to completion with support from a nearby hub office.
This role offers a unique opportunity within the property sector, requiring at least 4 years of estate agency experience. You will have the flexibility to work from home and in an office environment, with opportunities for promotion and career development.
