Legal Secretary - Dunfermline Area

Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to solicitors and paralegals within the conveyancing team
* Transcribe digital dictations accurately and efficiently
* Produce well‑presented, professional documentation in a timely manner
* Handle scanning, filing, photocopying, allocating, and archiving legal paperwork
* Manage case files using the firm's case management system
* Answer and manage telephone calls, liaising with clients and professional contacts
* Support fee earners with diary management and the organisation of meetings
* Carry out additional duties as requested by senior colleagues
* Maintain strict confidentiality in line with GDPR and firm requirements
