Position in store working 16 hours per week - availability 5pm - midnight Monday to Friday and fully available Saturday and Sunday (6am - midnight)

Up to £13.10 depending on your age & benefits

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standard of customer service is achieved at all times.

As Customer Advisor you will be required to

• Work with the Customer Advisors in our Fresh/Produce Department
• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stock on a daily basis is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• Actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• Cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.

Any other duties as required for the role.

Skills for Success

• We’ll provide you with all the necessary training even if you have no previous retail experience.
• We are looking for team members with personality, passion, energy and a positive attitude who can make our customers smile and provide the very best experience within our Fresh/Produce department.
