Excellent telephone etiquette.What We Offer: Comprehensive 10-week training program. Be the front-line contact for NHS 111, providing high-quality health-care support. Work alongside a dynamic team across various shifts including days, nights, early mornings, and weekends. Full flexibility required for a rotating shift schedule.Working Hours & Compensation: Weekdays: Hours between 06:00 am to 20:00 pm during the initial 12 weeks - £11.44ph. Nights: Hours between 20:00 pm to 06:00 am and Saturdays during the initial 12 weeks - £14.07ph. Sundays and Bank Holidays during the initial 12 weeks - £17.61ph. Plus minus £25000 per annum including shift allowances. Hourly pay adjustments after 13 weeks.Who Should Apply: Candidates available for 6 weeks of full-time training (8 am - 4 pm or 4 pm - Midnight). Applicants committed to 12 weeks without upcoming holidays due to training requirements. Flexibility in working hours is essential, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and bank holidays.
