Role Overview
The Implementation Manager (Contract) will cover a 12–15 month maternity leave. In this role, you will be responsible for driving clinical adoption and supporting commercial growth initiatives for the company’s AI-enabled SaaS technology.
You will lead the process of integrating this technology into new customer sites, ensuring smooth onboarding, rapid issue resolution, and a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
This position sits within the Customer Success organization and is field-based, with travel of approximately 30%.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the end-to-end implementation process for integrating the company’s technology into new hospital or clinical accounts.
* Manage multiple implementation projects, including the rollout of new features or product updates.
* Deliver comprehensive end-user and commercial team training, covering product functionality and imaging data requirements.
* Provide clinically relevant and technical support in response to customer and commercial inquiries.
* Record and track customer feedback, training activities, and issue resolutions using the company’s CRM system.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to refine and improve customer onboarding and support processes.
* Contribute to commercial growth efforts by supporting the design of customer solutions, analytical insights, and digital tools.
* Act as a key escalation point for technical or operational issues raised by customers or internal teams.
1. Skills & Qualifications
* Strong knowledge and experience with Cardiac CT Angiography (CCTA) is essential.
* Background in cardiology, medical imaging, or related healthcare technology.
* Radiographer or clinical imaging experience with robust technical and clinical understanding preferred.
* Proven project management experience; certification is a plus.
* Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple concurrent projects.
* Confident communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
* Highly customer-focused and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
* Skilled problem-solver, comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
* Solid understanding of hospital workflows, imaging systems, and healthcare IT integrations.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical and clinical audiences.
* Accountable and detail-oriented, with a focus on achieving project timelines and deliverables.
* Experience or knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
* Digital health technologies
* Healthcare IT (e.g., PACS, EMR)
* Healthcare management
Education & Experience
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering, medical sciences, or medical imaging.
* 3+ years of relevant technical or clinical experience with an advanced degree, or 5+ years of equivalent work experience.
* Previous experience within digital health, healthcare IT, or a regulated healthcare environment is preferred.
