Office-based in Ramsgate
Hours:
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Your Responsibilities
As a Contract Support Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our operational and office-based teams. Your mission? To ensure that reactive works are logged, scheduled, monitored, and closed in line with our agreed SLAs. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
* Raise, allocate, schedule, and complete reactive work orders through the CAFM system.
* Communicate effectively with engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to coordinate attendance, paperwork, and access requirements.
* Monitor work order statuses, manage delays, chase actions, and ensure SLA compliance.
* Review documentation, correct system misalignments, and support billing accuracy.
* Provide administrative and performance support to Contract Managers and the wider team.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
* You have experience in a busy administrative or helpdesk environment, ideally within facilities management.
* You are confident using CAFM systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
* You possess excellent attention to detail with strong data entry and organizational skills.
* You communicate professionally and effectively with both internal and external customers.
* You are proactive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities.
