About this opportunity As our Consumer Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for driving awareness and demand for Invisalign treatment across EMEA. Working closely with local market teams you will support in bringing the Invisalign brand to life in individual markets, ensuring cultural relevance and maximum impact. You will partner with regional and local agency networks to help manage localization and implementation of our media campaigns, digital platforms and tools, social and influencer activity as well as in-practice marketing, to ultimately connect consumers with Invisalign trained doctors. This role is based in our Solihull office with a hybrid work model (3 days in the office - Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays) In this role, you will… Responsible for the localization and implementation of Consumer Marketing initiatives to drive awareness and demand for the Invisalign brand and deliver growth within OPEX budget, including: Brand campaigns Media planning Web and digital platforms Social media Influencer partnerships Practice marketing Strategic partnerships Event activations Direct consumer communications (CRM) Performance reporting You will be expected to: Proactively represent the local markets and our customers providing insights and analytics for regional strategy development; Actively communicate the consumer marketing plans to all internal and external stakeholders; Drive the implementation of the consumer marketing strategy in local markets - working closely with the multi-disciplinary country leadership team. Use analytics and insights (including campaign ROI, and competition intelligence) to support execution of the marketing plan; Identify and champion local growth opportunities in addition to the regional plan. You will report into the EMEA Consumer Marketing Director. You will be based in our Birmingham headquarters, with some travel within the EMEA region. In this role, you'll need … Agency and budget support Brand management and campaign development/execution Media planning Messaging strategy creation and implementation Key stakeholder in executing the country marketing plan, in partnership with the local teams. Development of country market insights and analytics to successfully execute country market plans Country Market analysis to support ROI expecations Cross functional coordination with the broader marketing teams, legal, sales and finance to support business growth Establishing close relationships with the global, regional and local marketing teams Train and educate country stakeholders on required aspects of brand brand strategy including development of training collateral Utilise digital communication platforms to deliver plan QUALIFICATIONS Skills: Strategic Thinker Highly Organized Action Oriented Takes initiative / proactive Strong communication and presentation skills Results oriented Strong time management skills Expert in Powerpoint, Excel, Word, and overall computer organizational skills Ability to lead and collaborate with cross functional groups. Fluent in English a must. Fluency in French, German, Spanish a plus. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in a marketing or business related field. At least 2 years of proven work experience in marketing or communications. Experience with market coordination (PR, creative, media agencies, local team coordination).
