Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, play-based learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
* Act as a key person for an assigned group of children, building trusting relationships with both children and families
* Observe, assess, and document childrens development through accurate learning journey records
* Support the planning and preparation of engaging, age-appropriate activities
* Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment at all times
* Contribute positively to the wider nursery team and uphold safeguarding and welfare requirements
Qualifications
* Level 3 Early Years qualification or above - Essential
* Experience working in an EYFS nursery or early years setting
* Good understanding of the EYFS framework, child development, and safeguarding
* A warm, caring approach with a genuine passion for working with young children
* Reliable team player with strong communication skills
