Our client is a leader in aviation, looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to help take their training to the next level.

The Opportunity
This is a hands-on role for an experienced Instructional Designer who can hit the ground running with minimal training. You’ll be responsible for creating visually engaging, interactive, and technically strong digital learning content that supports a strict aviation training regime.
Their curriculum consists of 20 modules (10 live and 10 in development), which every new starter must complete over a 6–12-month training period before taking their exam and going live.
You’ll work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business, ensuring every course meets high standards of clarity, design, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
 * Design and develop engaging eLearning modules using Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline), Vyond, and Camtasia.
 * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve course quality.
 * Build structured learning pathways and curriculum to support new starter training.
 * Ensure training content is visually appealing, easy to navigate, and highly interactive.
 * Support the business in maintaining a strict, high-quality training regime for aviation knowledge.
 * Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in learning design.
 * (Nice to have) Deliver occasional face-to-face training sessions to support the curriculum.
What We’re Looking For
 * 4+ years’ experience in instructional design and eLearning development.
 * Strong technical skills in Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline), Vyond, Adobe CS, and Camtasia.
 * Excellent attention to detail and a collaborative, can-do attitude.
 * Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage feedback effectively.
 * Experience in designing learning that is aesthetic, modern, and user-friendly.
 * (Nice to have) Previous experience in aviation or technical subject matter.
 * (Nice to have) Experience delivering face-to-face training.

 * Location: Southwest London (5 days in the office, turning to 4 days in the office and 1 day remote after passing your probation).
