The Real Mini Company has an excellent opportunity for a Part Time Administrator to join our established "family feel" business located in Berinsfield.
As a Part Time Administrator your duties will include:
* Answering and directing calls, taking detailed messages when required
* Dealing with customer enquiries online, on the phone and also face to face and composing emails in a professional and courteous manner
* Basic invoicing using Xero, credit control when required
* Updating the company website
* Creating, composing and posting social media updates
You must have previous office based administrative experience, be IT literate, have a confident telephone manner and be punctual and reliable. Previous experience of Xero would be advantageous but not essential.
We are looking for someone to work 8-12 hours per week between the hours of 1pm and 5pm Monday to Friday. Number of hours, times and days can be flexible for the right person, and there is scope for these hours to increase in the future.
