Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire
Working Hours: School hours (typically 08:30 – 15:30)
Pay: Starting at £180/day, with potential to rise depending on experience and position on the pay scale
Key Responsibilities:
1. Teach Drama across Key Stages 3 and 4
2. Foster creativity, confidence, and collaboration through performance-based learning
3. Prepare students for assessments and school productions
4. Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
5. Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the arts provision
Requirements:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
2. A strong background in Drama or Performing Arts
3. Enthusiastic, imaginative, and committed to student development
4. Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
