* Involves business advisory work, client liaison, and meetings.
* Reviewing work and providing advisory services.
* Clients range from sole traders to large international groups.
* Involves business development and networking.
The successful accountant:
* ACA/ACCA qualified accountant.
* Solid practice experience.
* Desire to become a partner within 2-5 years.
* Strong business acumen.
* Able to support clients and manage and mentor a team.
