NSL is seeking a motivated and driven Enforcement Manager to lead, develop, and support a team of Civil Enforcement Officers, Senior Civil Enforcement Officers, Team Leaders, and Supervisors. What you’ll be doing: Provide effective leadership, guidance, and support to Supervisors and frontline teams. Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of all on-street operations at the site. Deliver contractual KPIs and support the implementation of new performance targets. Manage colleague rotas, annual leave, and overtime efficiently and within budget. Ensure clear, consistent, and effective communication across all operational teams. Monitor and manage colleague performance, providing mentoring and development to deliver a high-quality service. Liaise with clients regarding operational performance, requirements, and service requests. Recruit colleagues as required, in line with business needs and budgets. Ensure fleet vehicles are maintained, compliant, and operational. Ensure all compliance documentation is accurately completed and maintained. Oversee back-office operations to support efficient service delivery. What we’re looking for: Proven leadership and people-management experience, with the ability to motivate and performance-manage teams. Strong operational management experience, ideally within enforcement, parking, highways, security, or a regulated environment. Demonstrated ability to deliver against KPIs and performance targets. Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage with frontline teams, supervisors, and clients. Experience managing rotas, annual leave, sickness, and overtime within budget constraints. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Ability to manage challenging situations calmly and professionally. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, particularly around compliance and documentation. IT literate, with experience using operational systems and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of health & safety, compliance, and fleet management (desirable). What’s in it for you?
