Your Role as Director of Children's Services

In this pivotal role, you will:

With 550 schools and a budget of £500 million, the scale of our system is significant. You will navigate challenges such as SEND and home-to-school transport pressures, ensuring that our services remain well-regarded by children, young people, and their families.
