£14.06 per hour
Level 3 Childcare Qualification – Essential

As Room Leader, you will:
* Provide\n stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments and resources to\n children, that are appropriate to their age and stage of development
* Enhance\n the all-around daily needs of children, including their physical,\n intellectual, social and emotional development
* Assist\n staff in updating the EyLog system and their child learning journals with\n the highest quality
* Promote\n respect and credibility for this position by leading as a role model with\n impartiality and consistency
* Assist\n with embedding an effective key person approach to enable children to form\n secure attachments and identify training or development needs for staff
* Maintain\n accurate records and accounts relating to children and staff on EyMan\n system and on file
* Ensure\n the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff, parent and visitor at all\n times
* Understand\n and ensure that the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS\n are met

As Room Leader, you will need:
* Full\n and relevant Level 3 in Childcare qualification - Essential
* Over\n 1 years’ experience working in Early Years - Essential
* Over\n 6 months’ experience working in a senior position - Desirable
* Sound\n knowledge of Ofsted expectations to achieve a Good or Outstanding rating -\n Desirable
* Knowledge\n of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements -\n Essential
* Fluent\n in written and spoken English - Essential
