Accounts Assistant | Join Pixl’s Finance Team in Tring UK

Pixl is known for delivering high quality live and studio event solutions across the UK and beyond. We are seeking a full time Accounts Assistant who is organized, proactive, and ready to support our Finance Team with the day to day management of both the Sales and Bought Ledgers. This role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting smooth operational performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Accurately code and process supplier invoices
* Set up new supplier accounts and process BACS payments
* Check and reconcile supplier statements
* Set up customer accounts and complete credit checks
* Raise sales invoices and respond to customer queries
* Assist with credit control and follow up on overdue balances
* Complete weekly ageing reports for payables and receivables
* Process daily receipts and payments
* Reconcile bank statements
* Process business credit card expenses
* Assist with month end close and balance sheet reconciliations
* Prepare intercompany reconciliations
* Ensure correct VAT coding and review transactions
* Process staff expenses and verify supporting documentation
* Prepare monthly accruals for outstanding invoices
* Provide general administrative support within the finance department
* Assist with front desk duties including calls and visitors
