AtAmplius, we have a great new opportunity for a Leasehold Partnerships Officer to join our team, playing a key role in ensuring agreements run smoothly while working closely with colleagues,customersand external partners to deliver a reliable, customer-focused service. Salary: £39,500 per year Contract: Permanent, full time Your week: 36.25 hours (days and times to be agreed at interview) Location: Hybrid with a weekly presence in either our Milton Keynes, Rushden,Peterboroughor Boston office Snapshot of your role Support the drafting, review, and renewal of leases, management agreements, and transfer documents Maintainaccuraterecords of portfolio expiry dates, ensuringtimelyrenewals and terminations Provide advice to internal teams on lease and agreement requirements to ensure consistency and compliance Work with external partnersregardingcontractual obligations and service delivery Monitor rent accounts, manage arrears, and ensure charges areaccuratein line with agreements Whatyoullneed to thrive in this role Knowledge and experience of leases, freehold transfers, and management agreements Ability to understand and interpret complex contractual information Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines A proactive and resourceful approach, with the confidence to suggest improvements High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Ability to work effectively under pressure across both short- and long-term priorities Please read the attached Job Description before applying so you get the full scope of the role.
