Reward and Recognition Consultant (Permanent)
Location: Hybrid, Crawley (1 or 2 days in the office, could accept 4 working days)
Job Type: FTC, Full-time 9-12 Months
Salary: Circa £47k per annum (dependent on experience)
We are recruiting for a Reward and Recognitions Consultant to join our client's dynamic People & Culture team, as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-impact organisation recognised globally for its commitment to safety, innovation, and excellence. You’ll support the Reward & Recognition Manager in delivering the total reward strategy, helping shape policies and practices that enhance employee experience across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the development and refinement of the Reward Model
* Provide expert advice on pay, benefits, pensions, and recognition
* Manage supplier relationships and oversee the Employee Benefits platform
* Contribute to annual pay reviews, benefits renewals, and recognition schemes
* Support pay gap reporting and diversity initiatives
* Collaborate on cross-organisational reward project
Essential Criteria
* Effective analytical skills to enable collation, measurement, and interpretation of data and to support the presentation of complex information in a concise manner.
* Good interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills - ability to rapidly establish credibility and develop constructive working relationships with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to work proactively, flexibly and to manage competing priorities in a complex reward environment and your workload to deliver to tight timescales.
* A high level of competence in standard Microsoft office software packages (Intermediate to advanced Excel skills).
* Good project management skills.
* CIPD qualified or willing to study towards qualification.
