Office Administrator - Maternity Cover (Fixed Term, Duration TBC)
Location: Tarbert, Harris Start Date: 01/05/26 Contract: Fixed Term (Maternity Cover)
We're looking for a friendly, organised Office Administrator to join our team on a maternity cover contract. If you enjoy keeping things running smoothly and like a role with plenty of variety, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll support the day-to-day running of the office, including:
Working with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and FM software
Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
Preparing reports and uploading them to client portals
Answering incoming calls and handling general enquiries
Managing basic admin tasks such as filing, scanning, updating records, and orderingsupplies
Supporting colleagues with document preparation and meeting coordination
Keeping digital and physical filing systems organised
Helping with general office tasks to keep everything running smoothly
What We're Looking For
Confident Excel skills (formulas, formatting, data organisation)
Comfortable using SharePoint and other digital platforms
Good time-management and the ability to prioritise
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
A positive, helpful attitude and willingness to get involved
