About the Role
NIRAS Group UK is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join our Global Business Support (GBS) team. Based full-time at our Burton office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our Burton and Leeds offices while providing essential administrative support to the local business units.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and plan complex business travel arrangements including flights, hotels, car hire, and international visa requirements
* Deliver exceptional administrative support and PA services to the UK management team
* Manage reception duties, facility coordination, and maintain a professional office environment
* Support new starter inductions and equipment setup
* Assist with event organisation and office refurbishments
* Handle supply management and procurement support

What We're Looking For:

* Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively
* Advanced interpersonal abilities - you'll be approachable and able to form good working relationships with colleagues at all levels in a multi-cultural, professional environment
* Excellent time management - comfortable working to deadlines with competing priorities whilst maintaining quality and accuracy
* Proficient IT skills - working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and adaptability to new business systems
* Travel coordination experience - proven ability to manage complex business travel and accommodation requirements, including international arrangements
* Experience in a customer-oriented role with similar responsibilities
