* Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer feedback and resolve any issues.
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry skills.
* Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
* Utilize Microsoft Office tools to create reports and manage documentation efficiently.
* Use our pricing matrixes to provide customers with spot quotations for transport when requested.
