Key Responsibilities:
* Grow new and existing accounts by identifying whitespace mapping, gap analysis, and QBR opportunities.
* Manage and coach the Account Management team to deliver exceptional results.
* Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Pre-Sales to ensure complete coverage and execution.
* Deliver accurate forecasts and reports using CRM and sales analytics tools.
* Shape go-to-market strategy by partnering with internal stakeholders on demand generation and campaign execution.
* Strengthen vendor and distributor relationships through co-created go-to-market plans.
* Represent the company at events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
* Lead recruitment and onboarding initiatives to ensure alignment and high performance.
Requirements:
* A minimum 5 years' experience in IT/MSP sales, including cybersecurity, data protection, cloud, and infrastructure services.
* Demonstrated success in managing and scaling high-performing sales teams with measurable revenue outcomes.
* Strong strategic planning capabilities with a track record of developing and executing sales and marketing plans.
* Proven ability to build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders, clients, and partners.
* Hands-on leadership style—willing to work alongside the team and help close complex deals.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills to inspire confidence internally and externally.
* Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics), pipeline forecasting, and sales performance analysis.
* Passion for team development and inclusive, collaborative leadership.
* Proficient with Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and other collaboration tools.
* Willingness to travel nationally and work flexible hours when needed.

* Competitive base salary up to £75,000.
* Realistic OTE of £115,000 in Year 1 and £135,000 in Year 2.
