Job Title: Recruitment Consultant – Artificial Intelligence (AI / ML / Data Science & Engineering)

We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Recruitment Consultant specialising in the Artificial Intelligence space to join a high-performing team focused on AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and emerging intelligent systems talent.
About the Role
You’ll take ownership of a growing desk within the AI market, working with a mix of high-growth AI startups, research-led organisations, scale-ups, and global enterprises investing heavily in AI transformation. This is a 360 recruitment role covering the full lifecycle from business development through to placement delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and manage strong relationships with clients hiring across the AI ecosystem
* Develop new business opportunities across AI startups, product-led tech firms, consultancies, and enterprise innovation teams
* Source, engage, and place high-quality AI professionals across technical, research, and leadership roles
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across permanent and/or contract roles
* Stay ahead of developments in AI, including LLMs, generative AI, model deployment, and AI infrastructure trends
* Achieve and exceed individual and team revenue targets
About You
* Proven experience in recruitment (ideally within AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, or advanced technology markets)
* Strong understanding of AI concepts, tooling, and engineering environments
* Commercially driven with a proven track record of billing success
* Confident in business development and building long-term client relationships
* Motivated by autonomy, ownership, and scaling a high-value desk
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
