This is a great opportunity to lead a dedicated practice team that has won multiple awards for delivering excellent quality dentistry.</p><p>North Hill Dental Care offers a wide range of NHS, private, & highly specialist dental & aesthetic treatments. This will be a highly varied position with lots of scope to develop and learn whilst leading a fantastic practice team. You will receive a great deal of support from our head office functions & operational teams from day one in the role.</p><p>We will be looking for a candidate to join us in a full-time position ideally, on a 40 hour P/W contract.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Ensuring the smooth, efficient and compliant running of your dental practice - with a focus on patient safety at all times</li><li>Ensuring the provision of excellent service to patients, quality of service, cost and delivery of performance in line with company strategy, targets and mission statement</li><li>Providing support and direction to the team to enhance performance, skills and knowledge</li><li>Plan & driving income targets for the practice, along with ensuring performance in line with profit & loss targets - a commercial focus is key for the role</li><li>Monitoring & leading on KPI reviews, P&L calls & supporting clinicians to achieve Private/NHS practice targets</li><li>Dealing promptly with any issues when they arise along with the support of our head office functions</li><li>Deliver staff training and development, hold 1-1s with all team members, performance managing</li></ul><h3>Skills, Knowledge and Experience</h3><ul><li>We are specifically looking for a candidate 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Practice Manager, within a private or mixed practice</li><li>We may be open to considering applicants with management experience in other sectors such as healthcare, retail & hospitality</li><li>Must be commercially savvy, taking ownership of the practices P&L accounts, understanding areas for development & improvement</li><li>Experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team, and ensuring all are working in harmony to deliver a fantastic patient experience</li><li>Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential</li><li>Ensuring CQC & other compliance requirements are met at all times</li><li>Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li><b>Highly competitive salary of circa £40K P/A, depending on experience & advanced qualifications - there may be scope for negotiation for the successful candidate</b></li><li><b>Performance related bonus scheme of up to 20% of salary, based on key performance indicators in the practice</b></li><li>Access to a large PM network within the business, with conferences, monthly meetings & development programmes for our managers</li><li>A great deal of support in the role from individuals, quality systems and experienced head office departments such as recruitment, marketing & finance</li><li>GDC, Indemnity and CPD costs covered if youre a Qualified Nurse - equivalent to circa £500 per year</li><li>Additional annual leave giving you a day off on your birthday</li><li>Regular team & company social events, including a company wide Christmas Party, and a leadership conference in Marbella next year</li><li>A great deal of progression available within a forward thinking & rapidly expanding dental business</li></ul></div>
