Key Responsibilities: You will have responsibility and control of planning, managing and coordinating the night shift operations Monitor the internal and external handovers between departments Coordinate all shift activities including productivity, cost control, resource utilisation and service achievement Adaptability to the demands of night shifts and the ability to remain composed under pressure Monitor targets setting and following up on actions in case of non-achievement of the set KPIs Responsible for all H&S on site during the shift period Other duties as assigned Experience, Skills & Qualifications: Substantial experience in a similar role within a logistics environment (Min 3 years) Competent with Warehouse Management Systems & MS-Office Strong communication and managerial skills Good level of Maths & English Excellent attention to detail & results driven No qualifications required for this role and training on company polices/procedures will be given from day one.
