Responsibilities: We will monitor, maintain, and optimise our network and security infrastructure using tools such as SolarWinds. We will analyse logs, identify security threats, and proactively resolve network and security issues. We will administer and support Cisco ISE, including policy management, posture compliance, certificate renewals, and remediation activities. We will monitor compliance across endpoint and network security solutions. We will configure, maintain, and support anti-malware, device control, and Data Loss Prevention technologies. We will support incident response activities, security investigations, and remediation of security breaches. We will maintain backup and recovery procedures for network and security systems. We will configure, manage, and troubleshoot next-generation firewalls including Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, Cisco ASA, and Cisco Firepower. We will administer Cisco Firepower Management Centre and Firepower Threat Defence. We will manage firewall rule sets, NAT policies, VPN connectivity, and security policies. We will configure and support IPsec and SSL VPN solutions for remote access and site-to-site connectivity. We will implement and maintain security controls for internet-facing services and infrastructure. We will monitor network performance and availability to ensure maximum uptime. We will support routing, switching, and wireless network environments. We will collaborate with infrastructure, networking, and security teams to improve security posture and operational effectiveness.
