Your role in a nutshell
Support the store management team in driving sales and profit by delivering exceptional customer service on the shop floor, while upholding the company's values and policies.

Our extensive range of over 2,000 products allows us to cater to diverse customer preferences. Our team engages with customers daily, learning their needs and recommending products that make them feel good. Many products are made with natural ingredients sourced ethically via Community Trade programmes, helping communities build better lives.
As a Consultant, you will offer expert advice on our products and philosophy, learning about their origins and engaging proactively with customers to find suitable products for their lifestyles.
