We are seeking a passionate and proactive Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support learners with diverse needs, helping them overcome barriers to learning and thrive in a supportive, person-centred environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support students in both classroom and vocational settings.
* Assist with the delivery of tailored learning plans.
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to learners with additional needs.
* Promote independence, confidence, and engagement in learning.
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff and external professionals.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with young people with SEND or SEMH needs (desirable).
* A nurturing, patient, and resilient approach.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of learners.
* Relevant qualifications or willingness to undertake training.
