OnePlus is seeking for a result oriented and proactive Social Media Manager to join our EU Hub marketing team, the successful candidate will be joining us at a very exciting time for the brand. We have ambitious goals for growth in the region, we continue to lead the market in innovation and we work with partners and stakeholders across Europe and beyond.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to play an integral role in growing an engaged online audience in Europe for one of the world's fastest growing tech brands. The role will be based in London, United Kingdom responsible for executing European level campaigns, and will also be giving strategic support to individual market teams across the region.

Main responsibilities:

* Create community strategy to build gaming community in Europe to include online and offline community engagement. Including developing content and ambassador plans and identifying growth opportunities to expand the Community.
* Opportunity to engage and inspire as the voice of OnePlus as Community manager of EU Social accounts.
* Plan and execute European and local events, including activations and content capture, reinforcing OnePlus's position as a leading community-driven tech brand. Executing social media campaign delivery from EU hub, creating campaigns that engage and grow our community in the region
* Oversee and execute the gaming influencer marketing strategy (across scales and scope) for the region and manage and coordinate influencer resources with country teams
* Set clear KPIs, monitor campaign data and ensure all work exceeds expectations
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in HQ, the EU region, and country teams to ensure the consistency of our narrative across all channels

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree or above in digital marketing, marketing, media, or other related majors
* Around 3 years proven experience of delivering industry leading social campaigns
* Understanding of the roles media and creative play in delivering best-in-class campaigns
* Experience growing online communities, with s passion for engaging on social
* Proven capabilities to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines
* Strong written English, with intuition of social media lingo, culture, and landscape
* Passion for gaming, tech and smartphones
