Position: Management Accountant

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a forward-thinking, dynamic business to recruit a Management Accountant to join their team in Northampton. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to financial reporting across multiple international locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the ledger supervisor to ensure smooth and timely month-end closures.
Prepare comprehensive financial results and departmental cost analyses.
Assist in annual budgeting and support statutory audits.
Ensure compliance with VAT returns and other regulatory requirements.
Manage cash flow reporting and foreign currency transactions.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.
Qualifications and Experience:
ACCA/CIMA finalist or newly qualified accountant.
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
Strong accounting knowledge with excellent communication skills.
