Position: Level 3 Practitioner
Hours: 40 hours - 4.5 days per week
Salary: £13.01 per hour

In this role, you’ll be part of a nurturing environment that caters to children aged 0-5 years, as well as an out-of-school club for kids up to 12 years old. Depending on your strengths, you’ll either work with our youngest learners or support preschool and out-of-school club children. Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
* Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to each child's age and development stage.
* Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS.
* Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery.
* Support the smooth running of the nursery and ensure the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, and families.
* Build strong professional relationships and report any concerns to management.
* Facilitate a key person approach to help children form secure attachments.
* Participate in regular team meetings to stay updated on key priorities and company policies.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* A full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification (essential).
* Fluency in written and spoken English (essential).
* Over 1 year of experience working in Early Years (desirable).
* Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements (desirable).
