PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Office Manager
* Manage the day-to-day operations of a busy office, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized working environment.
* Act as first point of contact for visitors, clients, and suppliers; handle enquiries via phone and email, always providing professional and friendly service.
* Coordinate diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior staff and project teams.
* Oversee office supplies, equipment, and service contracts; liaise with external vendors for repairs, maintenance, and deliveries.
* Develop and maintain administrative processes (filing, document templates, reporting systems) to improve efficiency and consistency.
* Support internal and external communications: prepare correspondence, presentations, and basic reports.
* Assist with onboarding of new staff, including workstation setup, key/access allocation, and induction packs.
* Produce regular reports for management (e.g., office costs, attendance logs, basic project or activity summaries).
* Monitor and implement office health and safety procedures, escalating issues where necessary.
