Are you a recent graduate eager to inspire and support young people in their learning journey? We are seeking a passionate Graduate Teaching Assistant to work in a school in Hebburn, and help create a nurturing, motivating, and inclusive classroom environment.

What we’re looking for:
* A relevant degree or equivalent (a degree in education is preferred but not essential).
* Previous classroom experience (desirable but not essential).
* A commitment to promoting values such as respect, kindness, tolerance, and ambition.
* DBS check (or willingness to apply)
* Commitment to maintaining high standards of classroom management and pupil behaviour.
