I am looking for an Electrician to work with an established social housing provider in the Nottingham area. This is an ongoing temporary contract. The successful candidate will carry out planned maintenance on domestic properties across the Nottingham area. All work will be 2nd fix electrical maintenance
The Electrician will receive:
£23 P/H
Ongoing work
Van + fuel cardThe successful candidate will be expected to complete:
Planned maintenance on domestic properties
8:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday to Friday
2nd fix electrical maintenance to a high standardRequirements:
NVQ Level 3
Previous social housing/council house maintenance experience
18th edition
JIB Gold card
2391 Testing and Inspecting
Full UK driving license
