CRM Specialist – Dynamics 365

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £65,000 + benefits

Seeking a D365 CRM Specialist to support adoption, improve system usability, and enhance client and project data insights across the business.


This role combines CRM optimisation, stakeholder engagement, data governance, and user training. It suits someone who enjoys refining systems, improving processes, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the CRM becomes a high-value organisational tool.



You will help shape, maintain, and optimise the new Dynamics 365 CRM environment. This includes supporting the rollout to new user groups, improving user experience, building training materials, and ensuring high data quality across the platform. You’ll have influence across multiple teams in a creative, global environment.


Key Responsibilities


* Implement CRM best practices to streamline processes and enhance user experience
* Support the rollout of Dynamics 365 to new user groups, including creating clear, engaging training materials
* Maintain and cleanse CRM data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and system performance
* Provide ongoing user support, including troubleshooting and delivering training sessions
* Build and manage segmented customer lists based on behaviours, preferences, and demographics
* Identify opportunities for CRM process improvements, including potential integrations via APIs or third-party tools
* Work closely with internal teams on client initiatives and relationship tracking
* Generate reports and dashboards using Dynamics 365 and Power BI
* Support wider systems and data projects, including SharePoint libraries and related platforms


Requirements


* Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
* Experience with Power BI and Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint)
* Strong communication skills, including documentation and training delivery
* Excellent organisational and project management skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent tasks
* Proactive, solutions-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
* Professional Services or B2B experience preferred
* Beneficial: AEC industry background (Architecture, Engineering, Construction)
* Useful but not essential: Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Google AdWords, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Open Asset, Introhive
