A well-established law firm based near Cheshire Oaks is seeking a Credit Hire Litigator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor with at least 3 years of litigation experience, ideally in credit hire and/or personal injury.
Responsibilities
* Managing a caseload of 130-150 Fast and Multi-Track litigated and pre-litigated Credit Hire/Injury Claims.
* Handling cases from pre-litigation through to trial.
* Drafting court documents, witness statements, and preparing trial bundles.
* Ensuring efficient case progression, complying with court directions and internal deadlines.
* Using case management software to manage cases effectively.
* Providing regular client updates and delivering exceptional client care.
* Identifying and addressing technical points in defenses and evidence.
Requirements
1. Essential: Proven experience in litigation with strong organisational and time management skills.
2. Previous experience with RTA/Credit Hire claims is desirable but not essential.
3. Excellent attention to detail, ability to spot technical points, and meet strict court deadlines.
4. Strong focus on client care and ability to assist clients in navigating the court process.
