The Role: Campaign Channel Lead
As a Campaign Channel Lead, you will be responsible for planning, developing and supporting execution across digital campaigns, with a primary focus on nurture and conversion aligned to marketing channel objectives across email marketing and integrated website campaigns. As part of the experience execution channel team, you will collaborate with all digital functions to define and shape integrated campaign management solutions, and working in close collaboration with the digital performance team on measurement and automation, including data integrity and controls are adhered to.
Key Responsibilities:

* Responsible for developing digital campaigns mapped to core digital journeys across Find, Win, Grow and Protect stages.
* Develop campaign maps that straddle points of digital engagement and interaction, ensuring web and social teams are closely collaborated with in campaign design and execution.
* Collaborate with marketing channel teams to create engaging email marketing strategies
* Collaborate with digital performance to ensure robust data controls are effective by design
* Define core measure and metrics to enable campaign reporting to be integrated into digital performance E2E dashboards
* Responsible for email template definition and setting standards that align to industry best practices
* Collaborate with digital performance to set segmentation rules for data sets to ensure rigorous oversight of contact rules
* Responsible for identifying continuous improvement across campaign performance, building learning maps and monitoring dashboards to ensure marketing channel teams are fully kept involved in areas to evolve

Key Skills and Experience:
* Several years of experience in email marketing and marketing communications.
* Strong knowledge of user-centred design principles and methodologies.
* Proficiency in marketing technologies, including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Content Management Systems, Marketing Automation and eMail marketing tools
* Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Knowledge of ICO data regulations including consent, permission and marketing engagement
