1. 3rd level Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 5 years relevant experience
2. Ability to engage multiple stakeholders and manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously
3. Previous people and programme/project management experience
4. Knowledge of the NI / Irish retail industry a distinct advantage
5. Technically advanced IT skills- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio and other MS Office tools
6. Strong Planning & Organisation skills
7. Proven commercial acumen
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
9. People Management experience
10. Structured and independent way of working, including strong issue identification and hypotheses generation skills to mitigate implementation risks.
