đŒ Whatâs the Role?
AS TAM, youâll play a key role in driving revenue growth across Adobeâs partner ecosystem. Your mission is to own customer renewals, strengthen relationships, and unlock new opportunities through strategic upselling and crossâselling within the Adobe portfolio.
This isnât just another sales job. Itâs the perfect next step for BDRs, SDRs, or inside sales reps who want to level up. You donât need channel experience â weâll train you to become a trusted advisor to Adobeâs partners. And hereâs the real gameâchanger and multiple doors open: not only you can progress to senior or management roles within EIMS but also our tech clients regularly hire our top reps into their own teams. Your DayâtoâDay:
* Manage topâtier renewals across nonânamed (CSMB) accounts, ensuring onâtime, smooth contract renewals while maintaining a high customer retention rate.
* Use each renewal as a strategic growth opportunity. Introduce customers to Adobeâs cuttingâedge solutions like Firefly, Adobe Express, Acrobat Studio, and AI Assist to expand adoption and deliver more value.
* Partner closely with the Channel Account Manager (CAM) and reseller network to coordinate renewal strategies, optimize customer engagement, and ensure alignment on sales objectives.
* Keep forecasts and pipelines up to date in SalesForce, and add detailed insights in Adobeâs internal tracking tool to provide clear visibility on renewals, upsells, and key account activity.
Who are you?
* Speak French as your FIRST language and has work experience in France/Belgium
* Previous B2C or B2B sales prospecting experience
* Ambition, proactivity, and the drive to build a highâearning career
* Excellent communication & relationshipâbuilding skills
* Understanding of Marketing and Sales activities
