About the Role
We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Shore Crew to join our team running exciting RIB trips from Lulworth Cove to Durdle Door. You'll help passengers with lifejackets, assist with boarding and pontoon duties, and provide excellent customer service throughout.
No previous experience is required — full training will be provided. This is a fantastic opportunity to work outdoors in one of the most beautiful locations on the Jurassic Coast.
Key Responsibilities
* Take bookings as and when required.
* Welcome and assist passengers before and after trips.
* Help fit and check lifejackets for all passengers.
* Assist with pontoon duties including tying up and securing the boat.
* Communicate with skippers and other crew to ensure smooth trip operations.
* Deliver friendly, professional customer service.
* Maintain safety and tidiness on the pontoon and surrounding areas.

* No prior marine experience necessary – full training provided.
* Availability on weekends and during busy holiday periods.
Additional Details
* Zero-hour contract – flexible shifts based on demand and availability.
* Option to commute to and from Lulworth by boat, the boat is based in Weymouth.
* Full uniform and PPE provided.
