Temporary Leasing Support – Manchester – £15 to £18 Per Hour DOE
My client, a globally established Real Estate Agency, is currently seeking a customer service professional on a temporary basis to provide onsite lettings support to a build-to-rent residential development in Manchester on a rolling contract until September.
This role will suit a confident, well-spoken individual who can provide viewing and inventory support and lettings administration.
Property experience would be ideal but open to experience within customer service, hospitality, or administration.
Responsibilities include:
* Ensuring that systems are thoroughly kept up to date and accurate for all lettings and rental data
* Maintaining good presentation of available apartments by regularly spot checking and liaising with the cleaning team to ensure high standards
* Meeting prospective tenants, conducting viewings, and negotiating rental offers
* Completing applicant vetting requirements
* Handling new let paperwork
* Assisting with inventories
* Supporting general lettings administration
* Preparing arrival packs and ensuring keys are ready for tenant move-ins
* Creating a community feel through communication, events, and innovations as part of the wider site team
* Providing first-class customer service to residents and applicants
Requirements:

* Excellent written and spoken etiquette
* IT literate
Salary: £15 to £18 per hour depending on experience
Working hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7 (flexibility needed, circa 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm)
