If you’ve supported young people through mentoring, outreach, or youth engagement, you’re halfway there already. What you’ll be doing: Working 1:1 or in small groups with students who need a bit of extra encouragement Helping young people stay engaged and motivated in lessons Supporting emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour Being that calm, reliable adult every teenager needs in their corner What you’ll need: Experience working with young people (schools, youth centres, community groups – all count!)
