Sharp Consultancy are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join a team within a busy manufacturing environment, based in Selby. This full time, fixed term contract role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting and supporting both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day to day administrative support to the sales team.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Liaise with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain customer records and manage order documentation.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide updates on order status.
- Assist with preparing quotes, pricing, and sales reports.
- Support the coordination of dispatch and logistics activities.
- Handle general administrative duties as required.
About You
- Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Logistics experience is desirable and will be a strong advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
