You will be responsible for delivering on an exciting portfolio of strategic activity designed to:\n\nEnhance the reputation of regulated professionals as a valued and respected career within adult social care.\n\t\nContribute to strategies to increase retention.\n\t\nSupport access to quality learning and development, guidance and support.
increase the number of registered professionals working within adult social care.\n\t\nGive more people access to the social care they need to heave their need met in the community and deliver more interventions and support to prevent ill health.\n\nWe are looking for a National Lead to support our ASC Nursing Programme.\n\nAre you a registered nurse passionate about adult social care with experience of the recruitment and retention of the social care nursing workforce.
