Job Description:
Belcan Workforce Solutions is seeking two HR & Payroll Administrators for a 12-month fixed-term contract to join our client’s Finance team in Chesterfield.
The role offers up to £15.92 per hour PAYE or £21.30 per hour Umbrella, inside IR35. This is an on-site opportunity in Chesterfield, UK, with an estimated start date of 1st October 2025.
About the role
Are you detail-oriented with a passion for HR and payroll? We are recruiting for two HR & Payroll Administrators to support a dynamic team. This position is suitable for candidates with a few years of experience or recent graduates seeking to advance their careers.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer and maintain the time and attendance system (Google Appsheet).
* Ensure accurate entry of employee hours, leave, and overtime.
* Serve as the first point of contact for attendance queries.
* Generate reports for payroll and HR as needed.
* Manage data uploads and manual adjustments for payroll processing.
* Administer leave types and resolve system errors.
Requirements
* At least 2 years of HR or payroll experience.
* Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets.
* High accuracy in data entry and verification.
* Clear communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Proactive problem-solving skills.
* Discretion in handling sensitive information.
Note: The successful candidate will undergo BPSS clearance prior to starting.
